Who we are
Mission Grant is a division of Click2.ai. We manage Google for Nonprofits programs — including Google Ad Grants — for nonprofit organizations serving recovery communities. We work from Coral Springs, Florida with eligible nonprofits nationwide.
This policy explains what happens to personal information on this website. If anything here is unclear, email contact@click2.ai and ask.
The short version
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into the form and send us. We use it to talk to you about working together. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
What the form collects
When you submit the assessment form, we receive:
- Your organization’s name and website
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you give one
- Where your organization currently stands with Google for Nonprofits
- Which services you are interested in
- Anything you write in the free-text field
- The page you submitted from, and the date and time
Every field except your email address is optional. We ask for a phone number because some conversations are faster that way, not because we need one.
What not to send us
Please do not send us information about the people your organization serves. No client or participant names, no intake details, no case notes, no photographs of clients, no records of any kind.
Records relating to substance use disorder treatment carry specific federal confidentiality protections under 42 CFR Part 2, and a web form is not an appropriate channel for them. This form is for information about your organization and about you as the person contacting us. If we receive that kind of information anyway, we will delete it and tell you we have.
Where your submission goes
Form submissions are written to a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and may also trigger an email notification to our team. Google stores and processes that data on our behalf under its own terms. Access is limited to Mission Grant and Click2.ai staff who need it in order to reply to you.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party embeds. The fonts are served from this site rather than a font network, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser user agent — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools to this site, we will update this page to say so.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions while we are in contact with you about services, and for up to 24 months afterwards as a business record. You can ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our tools — Google, for Workspace and Sheets, and our website host
- Anyone you specifically ask us to include
- Authorities, where the law requires it
Your choices
Email contact@click2.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. You can also simply ask us to stop contacting you, and we will stop.
Children
This site is meant for nonprofit staff and leadership. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date at the top.
