Terms of Service

Effective August 27, 2026 · Mission Grant is a division of click2.ai

These terms

These terms cover your use of this website and, where they apply, the services we provide. Mission Grant is a division of Click2.ai; “we” and “us” mean Mission Grant.

If we sign a separate services agreement, proposal, or statement of work with your organization, that document governs wherever it differs from what is written here.

What we do

We help eligible nonprofit organizations activate and manage Google for Nonprofits products — including Google Ad Grants, Google Workspace, YouTube, and Google Maps Platform — along with the search, social advertising, conversion tracking, and website work that supports them. The specific services we provide to your organization are the ones set out in your proposal.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a specific number of admissions, calls, or donations. We do not promise a guaranteed level of Ad Grant spend, guaranteed search rankings, or permanent immunity from platform policy changes.

What we do control: strategy, setup, tracking, management, optimization, communication, and account monitoring.

The Google Ad Grant provides a monthly advertising budget limit for eligible accounts. It is not a guarantee that an account will spend the full amount. Actual spend depends on competition, search volume, targeting, ad quality, bids, and other factors outside our control.

Eligibility is Google’s decision

Google decides which organizations qualify for Google for Nonprofits and Google Ad Grants, and Google decides whether an account remains in good standing. We prepare applications and manage accounts against Google’s published requirements, but we cannot guarantee approval. Google may change its requirements, suspend an account, or end a program at any time.

What we need from you

  • Accurate information about your organization and its eligibility
  • The account access we need to do the work, and prompt notice when that access changes
  • Timely review of the material we prepare for your accounts
  • A website you keep accurate, working, and compliant with Google’s policies
  • Prompt notice if Google contacts you about your account

Information about the people you serve

Our work concerns your organization’s marketing accounts, not the people your organization serves. Do not send us client or participant records, intake information, case notes, or any other individually identifiable information about them — through this website or by any other route — unless we have signed a separate written agreement that covers it.

Records relating to substance use disorder treatment carry specific federal confidentiality protections under 42 CFR Part 2 and, where it applies, HIPAA. Our standard engagement is not set up to receive them.

Fees

Fees, billing terms, and what is included at each level are set out on our pricing page and in your proposal. Unless your proposal says otherwise, ongoing management is billed monthly and setup fees are billed once at the start of the engagement.

Advertising spend that the Google Ad Grant does not cover is billed to your organization by the platform directly. It is not part of our fees.

Ending an engagement

Either of us can end an ongoing engagement on the notice set out in your proposal. When an engagement ends we hand over the accounts we manage and remove our own access. Refunds, where any apply, are handled as set out in your proposal.

Who owns what

You own your organization’s accounts, domain, content, and the advertising accounts we manage on your behalf. We own the methods, templates, internal tools, and documentation we use to do the work. Where we build something specifically for you and your proposal says it is yours, it is yours.

Trademarks and third-party platforms

Google, Google for Nonprofits, Google Ad Grants, Google Workspace, Gemini, NotebookLM, YouTube, Google Maps Platform, and Google Earth are trademarks of Google LLC. Mission Grant is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

The platforms we manage are governed by their own terms, which those platforms can change at any time.

This website

The content here is general information, not advice about your particular situation. The illustrative examples on this site — including any mock search results — are exactly that: they do not depict a real organization, a real ranking, or a promised outcome.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost donations, lost revenue, or lost admissions. Our total liability on any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they are posted here, with a new effective date at the top.
